what to expect at art club
Our classes are structured to provide your child with a well-rounded art experience. Class descriptions are subject to change depending on ability levels of the young artists. A typical day in Art Club will consist of art activites, a snack break, and clean - up. Our classes start with generating ideas and exercises to teach the fundamentals of art making. This may include making drawings, finding inspiration in the natural environment or talking about ideas.
Your children will be encouraged to create several pieces of clay art during class. Some projects are designed to have some components finished by the end of the week.
Completed projects will be dropped off approximately one week after art club ends. We will call you to schedule drop-off.
Please understand that because of the nature of clay, sometimes things break, crack, explode or fall down. We are not responsible for breakage of work caused by poor construction, or kiln and glaze mishaps.
You can be assured that your home will remain spotless during Art Club. Kids may get messy, so make sure your child wears appropriate clothing. We will provide aprons or art smocks.

Class sizes of four or more includes two instructors. Tuition includes all clay, slips and glazes, firing, and additional materials. Full tuition is due upon registration to hold the class. The class is held upon receipt of payment. Cash, check and credit card are accepted.
Refunds:
If a student cancels for any reason up to two weeks (14 days) before the camp begins, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued with less than two weeks (14 days) notice. Tuition is not pro-rated.
